Knutsford Town Mayor Andrew Malloy will be finishing his extended mayoral year with a challenge on November 7th.The Town Mayor will formally open 14 shops that have either opened, moved or renovated their premises since lockdown.

 “To say this has been a difficult year for retail would be an understatement.” Andrew said

“Although we are not ‘out of the woods’ yet there has been some positive news in Knutsford.  It has been lovely to see new shops opening in the town centre and others grow their businesses to larger or improved their existing premises.  We need to celebrate our Knutsford shops – it is what makes our town unique and that is what this afternoon is all about”

The shops The Mayor will be visiting on the afternoon of the 7thNovember are as follows:

November 7this also hosting Flash Fashion Knutsford and there is free parking from 10am in Silk Mill, King and Princess Street car parks, so this will be a lovely start to the festive shopping season.
