Dog-Friendly Knutsford Puts Best Paw Forward

It started out as a thread on social – “which Knutsford businesses are dog-friendly?“. 

Owning two dogs myself and being a fully fledged Knutsfordian I thought it might be handful, but in fact it came as a pleasant surprise to find MOST of our Knutsford shops and businesses welcome our four-legged friends…

A couple of weeks ago I approached MDR Printers on Adam’s Hill to see whether they might sponsor an initiative to highlight businesses in Knutsford that welcome dogs, and Mat Ranfield being the lovely chap he is agreed to print the window stickers for us.

So for the last few days, accompanied by my trusty hound Leonard, we have hit the streets to see which Knutsford businesses welcome dogs and will wear our badge with pride.

Leonard did a very good job of sampling biscuits from Technotype, Wine & Wallop and La Casa Del Habano and to be honest was reluctant to leave the lovely smells at Copper 23 and The Tea Room, but here is his full roundup of Knutsford’s perfect pooch-friendly places…
