Description
Just a 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk to Knutsford centre and five minutes walk into Tatton Park is my lovely Mid-Century Bungalow. I live here with my son and Arthur & Leonard the dogs. I’m afraid we cannot accept dogs for more than a couple of nights as it may cause friction!
The house has been modernised throughout over a period of a few years and reflects the mid-century period in which it was built - think Mannilow meets Mad Men!
The space
You would have a private room opening on to the patio and garden via a bi-fold door and accessed directly (without going through the main house) if you wish.
The double room is light and modern with a polished concrete floor and underfloor heating, dimmable lighting and is tastefully furnished with a small TV, double bed, a pullout sofa (which would only be suitable for a child) and wifi.
If you need a desk at which to work we could make that happen too.
Due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra steps to clean and sanitise frequently touched surfaces between reservations
We aren't a 'party' household and the room would be best suited to someone staying in the area for business or weekend couples.
We have an awesome coffee machine and can include continental breakfast (£5pp) with a little notice.
Must love dogs too...
Guest access
We have a small garden with outside seating when the weather is finer.
The living space has a dining room table and sofas, open fire and tv with Netflix etc.
The kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge freezer, granite tops and gas hob for those of the culinary persuasion!
There is one bathroom and a smaller, separate loo with basin which you would have exclusive access to.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower, a large tub and a washer & dryer.
Other things to note
The bifold doors of your room opens on to the recently laid patio. It has a fire pit, coffee table and large dining spot, particularly pretty lit with festoon lighting.
