RE-FRESH KNUTSFORD

Are you new to the area, or looking for something new to sink your teeth into?

Knutsford Town Council have organised a new fair which will allow local residents to find out more about what’s on your doorstep. The event, called Re-Fresh Knutsford, will be held on Saturday 11th September.

The event is a chance for local people to meet and discover local community groups, clubs and other organisations. Whether you want a new book club, fancy trying your hand at yoga or have time to support the community, there will be something here for everyone to discover.

The event will take place across two venues – Knutsford Methodist Church on Princess Street and St John’s Church on Church Hill – and will be held from 1-3pm. Tea and coffee will be on offer to guests at both locations.

Alex Brown, Events Officer at the Town Council, said: “Knutsford is so lucky to be home to a large number offantastic hobby groups, classes and community voluntary groups, and we want to make sure that local residents know how to reach all of these groups. This is a great opportunity for anyone to come along and meet new people and find out more about what’s on offer locally.”

Over 50 groups are signed up to take part in the event, so be sure to come along on the day if you’re looking to try something new or meet some new people.

You can find out more about the event on the Town Council website or by visiting the Facebook event https://fb.me/e/479hh8Adf or via the Town Council’s social media pages on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Enquiries can be made to alex.brown@knutsfordtowncouncil.gov.uk
